SRM Allrounder AI, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — set NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_ENTITY], is an independent software platform that helps users analyse tender documents, assess eligibility, organise documents and draft bid material. It is not an official government portal and is not affiliated with any government department.

Extractions, assessments, answers and drafts are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, not a legal determination of eligibility, and not an official decision. You are responsible for verifying every fact against the original tender documents and for the content of any bid you submit.

We do not guarantee that you will be eligible for, qualify for, or win any tender, or that any output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service (including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers). You confirm you have the right to upload it, and that you will not upload content you are not permitted to share.

Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, probe or disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

Trial and plan limits are described on the pricing page. Billing is not currently active; if and when it is, fees and terms will be presented before you are charged.

The service is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bids or business opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
