Page-aware PDF text extraction; scanned or unreadable files are detected and flagged rather than silently mis-read.
Extracts title, issuer, reference, publication date, deadline, estimated value, EMD and tender fee when stated.
Lists eligibility, financial, experience, technical and certificate requirements, forms/annexures, supporting documents, submission instructions and disqualification conditions.
Each requirement carries a page number and a short quoted excerpt; the excerpt is automatically verified against that page. Unverified items are labelled “Needs verification”.
Missing values show “Not found”. Nothing is invented.

A structured company profile: business type, years, turnover, registrations, certifications, past projects, personnel, capabilities and geography.
Three statuses — likely eligible, uncertain, potentially ineligible — each with reasoning and the company fact relied on.
Missing information, documents still needed, disqualification risks and questions that need a human.
The overall status is recomputed from the per-requirement results so it can’t contradict them. Absence of data is never treated as “met”.

Requirements become a checklist you can assign and mark pending, complete or needs review, with evidence from your document library.
Generate, edit, regenerate and save individual draft sections from your supplied facts. Missing facts appear as visible placeholders.
Drafts are marked DRAFT until a person reviews and approves; reviewer and approver are recorded.
Export to DOCX or PDF with source references and fact labels.

Retrieves relevant passages from the tender, then answers with citations that you can open at the cited page.
If the evidence isn’t there, the assistant says so. Answers are recorded with whether they were source-grounded.

Dashboard and calendar for tender deadlines and tasks, with in-app notifications.
Deadlines come from extraction or manual entry. Automatic portal monitoring is not implemented and isn’t claimed.
