How it works
Seven steps from a PDF to a reviewed, exportable bid package.
1. Create a workspace and company profile
Sign up, name your company, and fill in the profile. The profile is the only source of company facts the AI is allowed to use — the more complete it is, the fewer “uncertain” results you’ll see.
2. Upload a tender PDF
We validate the file (type, size, PDF structure), store it privately, and extract text page by page. If a PDF has no text layer (a scan), we tell you instead of guessing. Optional AI transcription of scanned pages can be enabled by the administrator; transcribed pages are labelled as OCR.
3. Analysis with source references
Claude reads the pages in sections and returns structured requirements. For each one we check that the quoted excerpt really appears on the cited page. Things we can’t verify are flagged for you.
4. Review eligibility
Run the preliminary assessment against your profile. You see which requirements appear met, which don’t, what’s unclear, and which documents to gather.
5. Work the compliance matrix
Assign owners, attach evidence from your library, and mark each item pending, complete or needs review.
6. Draft, review, approve
Generate draft sections from your facts and the tender’s requirements, edit them, and send them for review. Nothing is final until a person approves it.
7. Export and track
Download DOCX or PDF reports with source references, and track deadlines and tasks on the calendar.
Where a person stays in charge
The product never submits a bid, signs a declaration, or makes a payment. Eligibility results and drafts are labelled as AI-assisted and require your review. You always submit on the official tender portal.
