Understand tenders. Qualify opportunities. Prepare better bids.

No credit card. Independent software — not an official government portal. We don’t promise tender wins or eligibility.

Extracted requirement

₹1.20 crore average over the last three financial years.

Source · page 12

“The bidder must have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs. 1.20 crore during the last three financial years.”

Every quote is checked against the cited page

Tender documents are long, inconsistent and unforgiving.

One missed annexure or misread turnover threshold can disqualify an otherwise capable business. Small teams spend days reading documents before they even know whether to bid. We shorten that triage and make the checklist explicit — while keeping a person in charge of every decision.

Tender analyzer

Upload a PDF and get the deadline, EMD, fees, eligibility rules, forms and disqualification conditions — each tied to a page and a quoted excerpt.

Eligibility assessment

Compare your company profile to the tender's criteria. See what you meet, what you don't, and what evidence is missing — with reasoning.

Compliance matrix

A requirement-by-requirement checklist you can assign, track and mark complete, linked to supporting documents.

Draft workspace

Generate draft sections from your own facts only. Missing facts become visible placeholders — never invented experience.

Ask the tender

Questions are answered from retrieved passages with citations. If the document doesn't say, the assistant says so.

Deadlines & tasks

Track submission dates, assign tasks and see what is due. Dates are extracted from your documents or entered by you.

From PDF to bid-ready checklist

  1. 1

    Add your company profile

Turnover, registrations, projects, people and capabilities — the facts a procurement officer will check.

  2. 2

    Upload a tender PDF

We extract text page by page and flag scanned or unreadable files instead of guessing.

  3. 3

    Review the structured analysis

Check each requirement against its quoted source page. Anything we couldn't verify is flagged.

  4. 4

    Assess, plan and draft

See eligibility gaps, assign tasks, generate drafts from your facts, then export DOCX or PDF after human review.

See the details

Built so you can check the AI’s work.

Trust comes from verifiability, not claims. These behaviours are implemented in the product:

  • Every extracted requirement carries a page number and a quoted excerpt; the quote is automatically checked against that page.
  • Missing or unclear values show “Not found” or “Needs verification” — never an invented deadline or amount.
  • Drafts use only facts you supplied and are marked DRAFT until a person approves them.
  • Text inside uploaded tenders is treated as data, not instructions. The AI has no tools and can’t take actions.
  • Your data is isolated per organisation with database-level row security.
Read the security overview

What it won’t do

  • Submit bids, sign declarations or make payments for you.
  • Promise eligibility, approvals or tender wins.
  • Monitor government portals automatically (not implemented).
  • Replace legal or professional review of your bid.

Customer stories

Security and control, by design

Per-organisation isolation

Database row-level security keeps each workspace's data separate.

Private file storage

Uploaded tenders sit in a private bucket served by short-lived signed links.

Verified citations

Every quote is checked against its source page automatically.

AI with no tools

Text inside tenders is treated as data; the model can't take actions.

Human in the loop

Drafts stay marked DRAFT until a person approves them.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an official government portal?

No. SRM Allrounder AI is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with any government department. You still submit bids on the official portal.

Does it guarantee eligibility or that I'll win?

No. Eligibility results are AI-assisted preliminary assessments based only on what you supply. They are not legal determinations, and nothing here predicts or promises a tender outcome.

Can the AI make things up?

Language models can make mistakes. That is why every extracted fact carries a page reference and a quoted excerpt that we check against the page, and why anything unverified is labelled 'Needs verification'. Always review against the original document.

Does it watch government portals for new tenders?

Not today. You upload the documents you want analysed. We don't claim automatic portal monitoring.

What happens to my documents?

They're stored in a private, per-organisation location and only accessible to your workspace members. See the Security page for exactly what is and isn't in place.

Is billing live?

Not yet. Plans on the pricing page are planned tiers; the pilot is free during the trial period.
